DISTRIBUTION

TGG South will offer its Owner/Label brand in three specific mass trade channels, each designed to provide a defined performance proposition through DVD content geared directly to each retail channels user profile.  These 3 trade tiers are as follows:

Prestige Mass Trade:  Best Buy, Target, Barnes & Noble and others

Specialty Mass Trade:  CVS, Rite Aid, Grocery, Kmart/Sears, Wal*Mart, and others

Specialty Mass Discount Trade:  Bed, Bath and Beyond; Ross, Costco, Sam’s Club and others.

TGG South already has strong and evolving relationships with many of the national and regional Big Box Retailers who will be the customers for the Owner/Label brand.  Existing accounts include:  Walgreens, Anderson (Wal*Mart), ACE, Starcrest, Ross, Ingram (grocery), Sears/Kmart, Transworld, Meijers and Amazon. Target accounts where relationships are being cultivated include: CVS, Target, Rite Aid, Barnes & Noble, Borders, Best Buy, Circuit City, Giant Foods, Frye Electronics, Krogers, Stop & Shop and several others.

TGG South’s direct sales force will make targeted ‘headquarters’ calls to existing and  targeted accounts for the initial Owner/Label products.  As the asset-based business grows and evolves, it is anticipated that the company will hire an in-house team of Sales Directors/Key Account Managers to sell directly to new accounts and manage current accounts.

To fill in the distribution pipeline, TGG South will continue to develop strategic alliances with top wholesalers, distributors or other third party organizations whose network and representatives have impressive credentials and strong relationships with specific Big Box Retail channels and accounts.
